1. Services

Caledonia Cleaning Co. provides professional cleaning services including Airbnb and short-let changeover cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, commercial cleaning and domestic cleaning across Edinburgh and London. All services are subject to availability and confirmation of a fixed-price quote.

2. Quotations and pricing

All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days. The quoted price is fixed for the scope agreed. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed before work begins.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the quoted price. Repeated late cancellations may result in the requirement of advance payment for future bookings.

4. Access and keys

Customers are responsible for ensuring access is available at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained, a call-out fee may apply. We follow secure key-handling protocols and all keys are returned or stored in agreed key safes.

5. Liability

Caledonia Cleaning Co. carries full public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

6. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours. We will re-attend to address any concerns at no additional charge. Complaints can be made by phone, email or through our contact form.

7. Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Caledonia Cleaning Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
